My wallpapers are blurry, help!

Go into the wallpaper engine settings and check your texture resolution in the performance tab.

I've already checked it, even though it's in high quality it still gets this weird blur

I have mine set to high, Funny thing JUST the questionable or adult wallpapers in my workshop that I have made are blurry. I made a family friendly one and it is showing up fine.... and YES I have my settings to except Everything here on steam. It just all of the sudden did this, getting annoying.
