abunch of Steam Download fails

so im tryna download some new wallpapers but it keeps saying ontop of them "Steam download failed." but idk why. i cleared download cache and verifyed integrity of files. still dont work, anyone know a fix?

Generally this is almost always caused by firewalls, antivirus apps or Steam server issues.

yea i checked my space after it said not enough space to download in DOWNLOADS. somehow i was in the KB area lmao.
