Is your cousin's computer in the same network, using the same router and it works out? Just to double check that the issue is definitely not there.
The Windows firewall shouldn't be the issue, Wallpaper Engine can actually check it and warn you about it relatively reliably (unless this kind of feature is blocked by an anti-virus or something).
If the issue is not your router for sure, do you have any other thirdparty security software installed? If you're not sure you can send this log to us: https://help.wallpaperengine.io/debug/scantool.html
yes all 4 devices were connected to same router. and im not sure if a thirdparty security software is instlled. but i didnt installed one manually. i sent the email. thanks for the respond
