cant connect to mobile

im entering the pin to mobile and it says it cant connect. i gave permissions to ui32 and my phone and computer are connectşng the same wifi. i even turned off windows firewall. im launching wallpaper engine from steam. nothing works. the issue is my computer. my cousin's computer connects to both my and his phone. but my computer doesnt connect to both my and cousin's phone.i tried reinstall too.

Is your cousin's computer in the same network, using the same router and it works out? Just to double check that the issue is definitely not there.

The Windows firewall shouldn't be the issue, Wallpaper Engine can actually check it and warn you about it relatively reliably (unless this kind of feature is blocked by an anti-virus or something).

If the issue is not your router for sure, do you have any other thirdparty security software installed? If you're not sure you can send this log to us: https://help.wallpaperengine.io/debug/scantool.html

yes all 4 devices were connected to same router. and im not sure if a thirdparty security software is instlled. but i didnt installed one manually. i sent the email. thanks for the respond

The connection is probably getting blocked by the ESET firewall software you have installed. You need to either configure or remove it. We cannot provide support for third-party firewalls since there are so many and we do not know them all by heart, but usually there are easy to find guides online on how to exclude apps from these firewalls.

I am late but if someone is still having a problem try connecting your PC and phone with Bluetooth. it worked for me

most VPN have option to exclud local network you need to enable it
