video wallpaper dont change after timer

i setup my playlist of wallpapers to change every 5 minutes but some are in video format, scene wallpapers change after 5 mins with no problem but videos never change, they just stay there for hours. i checked every setting option but cant seem to find a solution so i haev to remove all the video wallpapers

Have you enabled "change wallpaper when a video ends"? This overrides the timer.

where would this option be at ? also kinda not useful if it overrides my 5 min timer to switch wallpapers /:

It's in the playlist options, it's disabled by default. But what you describe is exactly what this option will do, it will let videos play once until the end and ignore the timer for them.

oh i see it. i have it enabled but since the video is not playing if im not focused on the monitor it never changes even after the 5 minutes

Does it also not change even after the video played until the end? Does it stay still at the last frame or does it loop?

i got it setup so the video/scene dont play if im not focused on the monitor so i guess the video glitches and never changes unless its not playing. the scenes change even if they are static after 5 minutes but videos never change unless i let it play 5 minutes.
