Report a translation problem
The Windows desktop is always only rendered by one GPU and then it's copied to the other, if multiple GPUs are involved. Ideally the hardware should render both displays from the same GPU, but this is ultimately up to the hardware manufacturer to decide.

I tried as you said, and that made my main monitor (iGPU) run smoothly, but my second monitor (GPU) still has a lot of lag on windows
I saw that, even if I'm displaying a wallpaper on my GPU monitor, my iGPU performance goes above 30% usage, and my GPU between 20% - 30%
Btw: I'm using Windows 11, I don't know if that information is useful
I tried to do the same but it's still lagging :(
