WE working on startup, even if disabled in settings...

So I just want to open normally, and changed settings to have automatic startup: not start with windows. But it still keeps going up at startup. I've even disabled plugins, turned off a lot of features, but it still keeps going up.

Any help is nice, thank you.

If you disable the option in the "General" tab of the settings, it should be off. I have never heard of this being unreliable. There is probably something weird going on, did you ever register the automatic startup with another program? Did you ever move the Wallpaper Engine installation directory or the Steam directory? Check the "Startup" tab in the Windows Task Manager, are you seeing Wallpaper Engine there? If so, turn it off from there.

I don't think I registered WE with another program, only have it in steamapps don't think I ever moved it (checked with file manager, and it seems so), yeah checked startup on windows task manager not there, even in options too (still with windows 10).

Going to uninstall and reinstall and see if that works.
