Wallpaper Engine stops working when google chrome is open

Whenever I open google chrome, my wallpaper engine animated background stops working shortly after i click on it. Any fixes?

Note: I've tried running it with conflicting apps

Note 2: When google chrome is in full screen, it stops working, when just smaller then full screen it works normally.

Then you might have it set to pause when entering fullscreen.
You can change that in the settings
