Is there any function in wallpaper engine editor similar to green screen key from Premiere Pro?

I plan to make a wallpaper based on a video. And I want to place a audio responsive bar behind the character in the video.
Normally in PR, I will roto the character out of the video and use green screen key to make the audio responsive bar between the character and the background.
But there is no green screen key in the editor.
I've tried .mov video with alpha depth, while the editor won't import this kind of file. Also the editor will convert it to mp4 and it loses the alpha depth. I even tried placing the .mov in Blender and import the Blender file to the editor, but after I imported it, it didn't show up in the editor.
Is there any solution? Huge Thanks！
我打算用视频来做一个壁纸，然后我想把音频响应条放在视频里一个角色身后，一般在pr里我可以把这个角色抠出来然后用超级键让他浮在背景上，这样就能把音频响应条放在他后面了。可是壁纸编辑器里没有这样的功能。
我试过用有alpha通道的mov视频，但是导不进编辑器。gif也会被编辑器转换成MP4，我甚至还把视频放进blender里然后导出3d模型导入编辑器，但是在编辑器里看不见。
有什么解决方法吗？谢谢大家

Yes, the effect you need is called "color key".

The video system that we legally have to use does not support any alpha channels, we have tried everything that can be tried and we cannot use other systems without violating laws. So unfortunately this is a dead end until all relevant patents run out, but the color key effect allows you to have a green screen based alpha channel.
