This is a video so the settings basically have no effect, it just means your video hardware acceleration is failing so it's using your CPU.

Did you restart the PC too? Perhaps video hardware acceleration is unavailable until you restarted now.

I shut down every Night So its not the reason
and i use Hardware Accel; on Chrome so it works i guess
the Program seems to switched to using CPU only which i fixed by Forcing OpenGL in Nvidea Pannel but now it wont Work Again Weird
How do i let it use gpu again like before?

Can you delete the profile from the Nvidia Control Panel and restart?

Video acceleration is not supported by OpenGL. The program uses Windows' movie system, it only has Dx9 and Dx11 for video playback. Maybe some setting in the control panel is breaking that.

it was set to my gpu in Nv Panel
Reseted settings nothing same high cpu usage

Can you open the exact same video file in Windows Media Player (not any other, because WMP and Wallpaper Engine are basically using the same Windows video system) and check if WMP is able to use the GPU or if it also can only use the CPU?

Is 'video hardware acceleration' in Wallpaper Engine still enabled? Is the 'video framework' option still set to the default 'prefer media moundation'?

same as that
i even made sure WMD had Hardware Accel on
ill try playing With Nvida Panal later im tired now hopefully i can fix it
but anything u think causing it?
it started after a hard crash that requred a restart to use my gpu again

Try to make a clean install of the drivers and perhaps this in case some Windows file broke: https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-use-sfc-scannow-to-repair-windows-system-files-2626161

But not while the same wallpaper is playing? If yes then it must be restarting because of video acceleration suddenly failing.

Yea same wallpaper
But if video suddenly fails weird as I was browsing not playing no crashes were seen

You could try removing Geforce Experience and this (I don't know what it is, but it does something to the program): C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\V\x64\VHook.dll

i Fixed it took 30 min to figure out why it takes 10 min to start going crazy
i had program callaed Vdashbored its Hud for VR
it was on 10 min after boot to open up it was the one affecting Wall engine maybe
after disabling it to its back to 0.1% for 50 min so far
ill keep my eye open on it
but i guess Here is a bug Vdash and Wall paper are affecting each other
ill reply if anything happens but if i dont in 2 days then this problem is resolved
thx as Vx64 was Vdash so u pointed me at it
and last thing Steam made it private to see anyone games without asking so no one can see ur played games i know that as while ago after contacing u i took a look lol
now its private in Settings by defualt

I have the same problem, usually it's around 0.5 to 2% of usage I consider that normal, and all of the sudden I see in Nzxt CAM that theres from 35% to 70% of usage and and to temporarily fix the problem I Set it to Low And then to High again, the only sttings i changed were the quality of the wallpaper(high), process priority to below normal, Graphics API to Open Gl and log level to verbose.
I have a i7 9700F, Geforce Rtx 2070Super and 16gb of ram
