Do you mean the currently selected wallpapers or did you save multiple profiles and those got lost?

If you mean your currently selected wallpapers, do you still have the issue after restarting the PC? A Windows/graphics driver update may have changed how your monitors are recognized and usually a PC restart should revert them so Wallpaper Engine can choose the correct wallpapers and settings again.

Yeah I'll try that since it was my profiles like certain backgrounds get applied at different times as well as my folders got reset I copied the backup configs to another folder and I'm reinstalling wallpaper engine and if that doesn't work I'll try that

Edit: didn't work I'll try restarting

I reinstalled it and ended up remaking my playlists and it reset again!

Please run our scan tool and share the log file it generates as outlined here by sending it to logs@wallpaperengine.io:

Thanks. It looks like Windows is constantly changing what your monitors are recognized as and so Wallpaper Engine doesn't know what to load.

Please try this:
- Change the option "monitor identification" to "layout".
- Assign the wallpapers again under this configuration.

Does the issue still occur with this setting?

Just FYI, I also just noticed that Windows is reporting an error for your integrated GPU on its own already, you can find it in the log if you want to check:

"Display Tab 3: There is a problem with AMD Radeon(TM) Vega 8 Graphics device. For more information, search for 'graphics device driver error code 43'"

Perhaps the problem might have gone away by reinstalling the AMD graphics drivers for the integrated GPU, so if there's still something odd happening after all this would probably be a good thing to try.

ah searched it up I think it's just outdated integrated gpu drivers but shouldn't be a problem since I have a gpu but thanks for letting me know
