Video stopping after a while.
Hey, I've noticed that when I use a "Video" wallpaper, after some time it stops and freeze an image from the video. I don't know what to do.

Can you share this log please: https://help.wallpaperengine.io/debug/scantool.html

Are you sure that this issue only occurs with video wallpapers and never with scene type wallpapers for example?

Maybe I've discovered why it occurs, I'll test it and if the issue continues I'll send you the log

Missing Firewall permissions
If you experience issues trying to pair a mobile device, try fixing the firewall permissions with the button 'Fix Firewall' below. Refer to the FAQ if you need more help.
AMD ReLive/anti-lag
It looks like AMD ReLive is recording the wallpaper window OR AMD anti-lag is manipulating Wallpaper Engine. This can decrease performance, cause weird sounds to play or even crash Wallpaper Engine.

If you experience any such issues and disabling these AMD hacks fixes them, you just have to configure ReLive/anti-lag to stop messing with Wallpaper Engine and leave it alone.

Loaded modules found:
C:\Program Files\AMD\CNext\CNext\amdow.exe

But here is the log.

Thanks. Can you also share a link to a video wallpaper where this issue occurs? There are some errors logged, but I think these are not related to the issue you are describing, just that those specific videos weren't encoded well.

Basically, any video wallpaper has this issue after a while, but I was trying to use this one:

Does this happen in specific situations? Like after a screen recording or a game being maximized? Or does it even just stop while you are seeing it in the background?

I haven't noticed any specific situation that this issue occurs.
I'm using the PC and then when I see the wallpaper froze. But no, I'm not seeing the wallpaper in the time it freezes.

So? This issue has no solution?

No, we don't know what's causing it, this isn't something anyone has reported yet.

Please try changing "other application fullscreen" to "stop" in the performance settings. If the video backend is having an error, then this should make it restart whenever you leave a fullscreen application and maybe that's a workaround.
