Discord notifications don't appear in the Desktop with wallpapers and diagnostics32.exe is missing

Hello, when I try to open "Search for system conflicts" (or something similar, when we click in play and then it gives us 4 options), it says diagnostics32.exe is missing, and I already verified the files and it still doesn't work.
Also, when I'm on desktop, the discord notifications don't appear, and I only can hear the sound. https://prnt.sc/1xtw3sr

It's very weird that you verified the files and it still does not work. It sounds like an antivirus app or similar is is severely interfering with Wallpaper Engine, which could also explain the weird behavior. Could you configure any antivirus app to ignore your entire Steam directory. Then uninstall Wallpaper Engine via Steam and manually delete the remaining wallpaper_engine directory.

It's important you manually delete the folder to clear any broken files, by default it is here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\wallpaper_engine

Afterwards, reinstall the app and try again.

I did that and the diagnostics32.exe is working now, but the discord notifications still don't appear on the desktop

Make sure Discord ignores Wallpaper Engine and doesn't consider it a game. Wallpaper Engine just exists and doesn't do anything to Discord, it works the other way around and Discord will just need to ignore Wallpaper Engine.
