Wallpaper Engine Workshop not working

Whenever I go to the workshop tab it doesn't load any wallpapers and when I search something specific nothing pops up, about 5% of the time though something will pop up when I search something specific and it will work but right after I change the search it just disappears and says there are no wallpapers and even if I search up the same name for the wallpapers that worked a second ago it just decides to not work. This is very irritating, and no, the Filter option is correct no issues their. Any ideas?

The Steam Workshop servers are completely broken right now and we have to wait for Valve to fix their servers.

Wallpaper Engine does not receive any error message from Steam so unfortunately it shows that nothing was found. Not even the error system of Steam is working.

So is this why I constantly get "the steam workshop servers are offline". I can barely browse 2 pages of a search before they go down and then I can't get any search results.
