Error on searching on the discover page

Today from the evening till now happened that when i try to search something on wallpaper engine it gives me an error saying that nothing was found, example: I search seraphine and it says exactly this: No wallpapers found for your search. Expand or reset categories in the filter sidebar or try another search therm.
The problem is that i already have found things of seraphine in the past, it is not even something mature so why does it not show up? (not even the ones already downloaded)
I already tried resetting the app to the default setting, restarted and cleared the cache, what can i do now?

The Workshop is broken right now, this is why nothing is returned. Since Steam does not give any warning or error to Wallpaper Engine, the results are just empty and Wallpaper Engine is unable to show an error message to you. We need to wait for Valve to sort out their Steam issues and then it will work again, so please try again later.
