- Turn off Wallpaper Engine completely from the tray menu (this is super important)
- Reinstall Razer Synapse and fully update everything inside Synapse (Chroma connect etc).
- Now restart and run Wallpaper Engine again
Razer Synapse breaks down when it tries to update its files while any application is using them. Since you said that your keyboard syncs fine, that means there is no issue inside Wallpaper Engine since it's all treated the same way, Wallpaper Engine has no idea that you even have 2 Raptor 27 monitors, it just sends the colors over and that part is apparently working fine.
If this doesn't help then only Razer can really do anything to further help with this. We're not aware of any potential solution to this yet and Razer would need this specific info from you or ask you to try certain things.
