Razer Chroma on Raptor 27s now flickering.
After re-installing Windows, a strange problem has developed when using Wallpaper Engine with my 2 Razer Raptor 27 monitors. My entire setup includes a Razer BlackWidow but that is syncing fine. When I enable LED effects on anywallpaper, the base of each monitor changes to the appropriate colour but the effect is like strobe lights flickering random patterns.

Prior to reinstalling Windows 10, everything worked perfectly. Independently setting stuff through Razer Synapse on each monitor is fine so the issue only occurs if Wallpaper Engine takes over.

Versions:
Windows 10
Wallpaper Engine 1.3.141
Razer Synapse 3.5.1030.101917

If you need more info please let me know and I'll get it.

The only thing we can do when there are issues with Razer is suggesting this:

- Turn off Wallpaper Engine completely from the tray menu (this is super important)
- Reinstall Razer Synapse and fully update everything inside Synapse (Chroma connect etc).
- Now restart and run Wallpaper Engine again

Razer Synapse breaks down when it tries to update its files while any application is using them. Since you said that your keyboard syncs fine, that means there is no issue inside Wallpaper Engine since it's all treated the same way, Wallpaper Engine has no idea that you even have 2 Raptor 27 monitors, it just sends the colors over and that part is apparently working fine.

If this doesn't help then only Razer can really do anything to further help with this. We're not aware of any potential solution to this yet and Razer would need this specific info from you or ask you to try certain things.
