1. Turn off the automatic startup with the "high-priority" option checked, so just revert to the normal startup (recommended)
2. Or turn off the LED plugin in the Wallpaper Engine settings to disconnect Wallpaper Engine from Razer Synapse until the crash in Synapse is fixed
You will likely be able to revert that when the next Synapse update is released and installed on your system.
Something isn't right then, do you mean you are still getting the exact same error message about "RzChromaSDK.dll" causing the crash? This DLL is not being loaded if the plugin is turned off.
Have you turned it of the the "plugin" settings of Wallpaper Engine? (Not the per wallpaper settings)
There is no need to open Razer Synapse, you cannot fix the crash from Razer Synapse.

You can enable it again after Razer releases an update that fixes this Razer Synapse crash.
