I have outlined two fixes in the thread and we are actively working with Razer so that they can push a fix to Razer Synapse in the near future. The two temporary fixes I offered in the thread I linked are:

1. Turn off the automatic startup with the "high-priority" option checked, so just revert to the normal startup (recommended)
2. Or turn off the LED plugin in the Wallpaper Engine settings to disconnect Wallpaper Engine from Razer Synapse until the crash in Synapse is fixed

You will likely be able to revert that when the next Synapse update is released and installed on your system.

Something isn't right then, do you mean you are still getting the exact same error message about "RzChromaSDK.dll" causing the crash? This DLL is not being loaded if the plugin is turned off.

Have you turned it of the the "plugin" settings of Wallpaper Engine? (Not the per wallpaper settings)

Your wording is a bit unclear, it sounds like you are disabling something in Razer Synapse. However, what Biohazard was talking about is disabling the LED Plugin in the "Plugins" tab off the Wallpaper Engine settings and then restarting Wallpaper Engine. It is not possible from a technical point of view to get this crash if the plugin is turned off, please double-check the Wallpaper Engine settings (not Razer Synapse settings) and turn off the LED Plugin.

Again, please read my previous post. Do NOT open Razer Synapse. Open the Wallpaper Engine settings and disable the "LED Plugin" in the Wallpaper Engine settings.

There is no need to open Razer Synapse, you cannot fix the crash from Razer Synapse.

Here is a screenshot of the Wallpaper Engine settings, turn off the checkbox next to "iCUE & Chroma SDK" in the "Plugins" tab of the Wallpaper Engine settings:

You can enable it again after Razer releases an update that fixes this Razer Synapse crash.
