Wallpaper engine showing a white box instead of the wallpaper.

Hello, today i booted my pc up as usual and noticed there was a white box on my screen and wp. engine was not showing the wallpaper, so i closed Wp. engine and the box turned dark grey. It's litterally a little box that i can move around on my screen

And now is this always happening? Since it doesn't disappear when you close Wallpaper Engine, it seems that something messed with the window that contains the wallpaper, because that window exists in Windows itself. Sorry for my impatience, i just rebooted my pc twice and for some reason now it's working, i don't see how the first time didn't work and the second did but im not complaining, if this happens again i will use the procedure you gave me, in the mean time thank you.
