Dual monitor wallpapers swap
Hello, I have a little problem.

I have Wallpaper Engine set that I have 2 separate wallpapers on my screens.
But when I turn my screens off (for night, I keep my PC on) and turn them on again, the wallpapers are swapped (wallpaper from monitor 1 is on monitor 2 and vice versa).
Is there any way to fix it or "bound" wallpaper to monitor id or something?

Thanks in advance!

What is the 'monitor identification' option set to in the general settings?

By default it should use 'device path' - basically the monitor ID - when you have multiple monitors because of exactly that Windows bug. If you used the program before the last patch, it probably still uses the wrong option.

Thanks! It works after I changed it to 'device path'. It was set to 'GDI' for some reason...

Hello! I'm having the same problem.
Whenever I log off my computer and start it back up again the next day the wallpaper from monitor 1 has gone to monitor 2 and vice versa.

I can't seem to find the "General settings" you are talking about within windows 10 settings.
A picture or video would help.
Thanks!

It's in the 'general' tab in the Wallpaper Engine settings.

I have it on device path but it still switches them.

Had the same issue, on my end the problem was fixed by changing from GDI to Layout.

For context my issue happened when using a HDMI switch box that would switch the video feed from my main monitor to my 4K TV with the 2nd monitor still being used. It now automatically changes the wallpaper back to the one it was before.

I'm on Windows 10 64-bit (in case that matters)
