Other than that, make sure Razer Synapse 3 is installed and that it's up-to-date, the same for iCUE. If you had Razer Synapse 2 (or older) installed previously, this can be the source of problems, let me know if that is the case, then you might have to do a clean re-installation of all Razer software until it starts working.
Can you use this wallpaper for testing purposes:

That said, the last Razer Synapse update actually introduced some issues for some users which seems to be a problem with the latest Razer Synapse drivers, we are currently working with Razer on resolving this:

However, your iCUE lights should work just fine.
I, personally, am having problems with Razer stuff (same stuff as him, almost) but I've already read that thread, so I won't bother for the time being, and I let him know as well. He wants audio visual capabilities for his RAM and a desk build he wants to do, using a Corsair RGB controller.
If all software is up-to-date, could you run our scan tool and share the log file as described here:

I have not heard of any issues with it. Do you have any particular issues in mind? When in doubt, specific program issues can always be solved by setting Wallpaper Engine to "Stop (free memory)" whenever a specific .exe is launched. You can do so in the "Application rules" overview in the "Performance" tab of the settings.
Thank you again!
Okay so after enabling the full control setting in iCUE you pointed out, I did in fact get progress.
With the testing wallpaper you posted, the corsair ram does respond with the screen but not to my sound which I assume is why you said for testing.
Now that I've got that setting changed, I've found two wallpapers that my ram reacts to with sound which is great, however the colors are dull and slow but it does work. One of the Wallpapers i found (Corsair Audio Reactive) while it is dull and slow as well, my Razer keyboard and mouse do actually work with as well.

While I've yet to achieve exactly what I was hoping for, thanks to your help I have made progress. Now I just need to find a more vibrant and more reactive wallpaper set up to my liking.
One more for the night, mainly to help others who may come across this discussion with the same problem. I have found a wallpaper that meets my desires of more vibrant and reactive led control for both Corsair and Razer products.
