Solution for audio wallpapers that stop and start constantly [AMD USERS}

Hi everyone, recently I had an issue where the audio of a wallpaper would constantly stop and start without any audio playing in the background. So I searched everywhere and I couldn't find an answer. It was always the same answers weather it was corsair issue or a shadowplay issue but that never worked for me. So out of pure frustration I went to my wallpaper settings and created as many rules for all the applications as possible until I found a little brat named AMDSServ.exe

So here's how you do it
1. Open your wallpaper engine settings
2. Open the Performance tab
3. Under the Playback section look for Application Rules and click on edit
4. A new window should open so now click on Create new rule and search for an application named " AMDSServ.exe "
5. For condition choose "Is playing audio" and for wallpaper playback choose "Keep running"
6. Click "OK" and then "OK" again and you should be done

Now my PC is an all AMD build and I didn't know if it was a CPU or GPU service or maybe both, but after a quick google search I found out it belongs to your AMD graphics card. I don't know why wallpaper engine detects audio from that software while windows doesn't detect it, but luckily we have a active developer that is constantly reading these discussions and I hope he or she can use my post to help out my fellow AMD fans or even better use this information for a quick update fix.

Basically, what is likely happening is that AMD ReLive (essentially AMD's Shadowplay) is constantly recording your desktop including audio. Windows does not differentiate between playing and recording audio, so Wallpaper Engine thinks that ReLive is constantly playing audio though it's really just recording constantly. Your fix works, an alternative fix is to disable AMD ReLive.
