[BUG] Wallpaper engine conflict with window’s lock screen slideshow

I had a problem that I have set my PC to use window’s lock screen slideshow as the lock screen. But it the slideshow will quit it’s job and stay at the single picture mode every time I was checking on it. Upon future investigation, I found the time it stops its slideshow and stays at single picture mode is match with the wallpaper engine timer. So I believe wallpaper engine conflict with the window’s lock screen slideshow.

What’s happening: My lock screen is interrupted by wallpaper engine, which results in my
window’s lock screen slideshow is unable.

What’s I expect to happen: wallpaper engine should not interrupt my lock screen activity, and my slideshow should be playing non-stop.

My suggestion: There is a few ways I suggest to solve this issues
1. Simply find out why is that happening and disconnection the connection between desktop
and lock screen background.
2. You may develop a new function that renders the next wallpaper directly following up the
end of the playing wallpaper just like streaming. That way it will not go through the whole
reset loop and create interruption.
3. You may also consider developing a wallpaper engine for LOCK SCREEN. Then I can
switch to use your software instead of windows one.

I found out one day that I had a watermark on my screen. Then I check all the software and hardware to see what want wrong and I found out that my monitor had some dead pixels(burn-in). And the dead pixels is matched my lock screen picture. And now I really regret leaving that single picture in my screen and call it a day. I don’t turn my PC off in night so that single picture played for hours and hours and until now it finally burns a mark in my monitor. I really need @ Biohazard to fix this issus for me so I don’t lost another monitor again.Thank you for reading this and thanks for creating this amazing software.

You have to disable the option 'adjust Windows color' for now.

This is a bug that Microsoft introduced with a Windows update only a while ago. The lockscreen simply goes haywire when the color is changed.
