This thread is for support/bug reports for the scene.pkg unpacker I wrote that leaked out hosted on https://wetranslate.thiscould.work/scene.pkg. If you have any problems with it just report it within this thread.

Reporting problems unpacking
If you have a problem unpacking your own wallpapers, please link the workshop item and please detail the problems you are experiencing. I won't support people trying to unpack other peoples wallpapers as the tool was only written to help people retrieve projects files they might have lost.

Problems with the Site
If you have any problems with the site, just detail:

what you were trying to do
what you expected to happen
what actually happened.

You need the project.json from the workshop folder that you extracted the scene.pkg from as it contains the data your looking for.

Nah, you lost me to a really rough 2020. I am just replying a bit slower and trying to pace things while I attempt to recover. I got loads of time to play though as a result.

RIP Jackie though :( Still miss that ba*d

Hello, i actually tried to unpack a .json, but i'm not sure to do the right thing... I'm a bit lost and i can't unpack anything. Can you guys help me please ?

Sure you've found the wshop folder of the item using its 64bit ID.
In the folder is a scene.pkg you need to locate that using the we translate Web browser and it will decompile into a zip folder. Extract that zip to your projects folder. Then go back to the original wshop folder and grab the project.json and preview image and also place into the extracted folder in your projects.

Hello , I came to ask , does the scene unpacker still work with editing the community wallpapers ? When I try to do it today then it does not work anymore .
