You should not change the GPU settings like that, just leave the defaults unless you have an issue you are trying to solve. We set the optimal settings in the drivers during installation.

We also do not recommend the 64 Bit version unless you want to use wallpapers which use more than 4 GB RAM (which 99.99% of users never do because that's kinda crazy), the 32 Bit version has the same features but uses less RAM so it's preferable.

well my issue is that some wallpapers launch on my integrated laptop gpu, which uses my cpu so my pc lags to ♥♥♥♥, and i can't get them to launch on my nvidia gpu

"Web" wallpapers generally render on your CPU because they are essentially websites, they do not make much use of your GPU at all which is probably why you think that your changes are not applied - some of them are really bad for performance because they are basically programmed by the user who uploaded them.

If you are looking for better performance, try switching to "Scene" wallpapers and to some extent also "Video" wallpapers. You can change your filters in the app to only show these types of wallpapers. The type is visible below the preview image on the right.

Both of these wallpaper types render on wallpaper32.exe rather than webwallpaper32.exe and most type of wallpapers which are available as "Web" wallpapers can also be found as a "Scene" with better performance.
