How to move wallpaper up or down on a monitor to align

this is possible in displayfusion. can match alignment on monitors by moving each wallpaper on display by a specified pixel amount. when I google, all I find is nonsense about beta and crap. just give me simple answer. this is not rocket science.

When you click on a wallpaper in the Installed tab, there is a "Position" slider in the Properties section on the right. It always shows sideways <-> arrows but it actually changes its behavior depending on the axis where the most content is cut off / where it is the most sensible to move a wallpaper.

I can't position a stretched image individually between monitors? The position slider doesn't fully fix the problem for me.

At both extremes of the position slider the image will still be misaligned on differently sized monitors. Individual monitor positioning is required!!!
