Aside from that, I am only aware of problems with the Glaive, I have not heard issues about the Harpoon so far but that does not necessarily mean there is no issue if you have made sure all settings are correct.
There is not really anything we can do from our end very quickly because we do not have a Harpoon mouse lying around. If you cannot figure this out, I would suggest you contact Corsair directly about this, it could be that they are working on a patch already. You have to keep in mind that we simply "send colors" to the iCUE software without really caring about what hardware a user has, so this sounds more like an issue in the iCUE software to me.
If Corsair is of no help or if you are really lost, please get back in touch with us and we'll try to bug the about it. An update on your issue would be appreciated either way. Sorry that I cannot help you more at this time.
Did you end up finding a way to fix it?
This is the list from Corsair with devices that fully support iCUE: https://i.imgur.com/wZ2Mo9k.png
Of course that's not ideal, either the missing devices should be fully iCUE enabled or they should at least not turn black. We've asked Corsair about this a while ago and now we're waiting.
In iCUE it just tells me that "Lightings are exclusively controlled by third-party application." There doesn't seem to be a way of disabling it without disabling the keyboard as well :(
1. Turn off Wallpaper Engine completely
2. Right-click on Wallpaper Engine in Steam, select "Properties"
3. Navigate to the BETAS tab.
4. Select the "public beta" from the dropdown list
5. Steam should immediately start downloading an update, launch Wallpaper Engine through Steam to install it after the download has finished.
Let me know if everything is working on the beta!
