Wallpaper Engine
iCUE integration not functioning with Harpoon RGB
Attempted on most recent official build, and current beta build. I've seen some threads with users reporting issues with the glaive as well. Mouse LED's don't respond to the wallpaper at all. I've tried changing usb ports, disconnecting other iCUE devices, and all my firmware is up to date. Any assistance would be appreciated, it's driving me nuts that there's just one device not playing along. If it helps any, I'm using the corsair collection, specifically the brick scene.

Since you seem to have done your research, I assume you have double-checked all the settings, but I'll just leave the FAQ here:

Aside from that, I am only aware of problems with the Glaive, I have not heard issues about the Harpoon so far but that does not necessarily mean there is no issue if you have made sure all settings are correct.

There is not really anything we can do from our end very quickly because we do not have a Harpoon mouse lying around. If you cannot figure this out, I would suggest you contact Corsair directly about this, it could be that they are working on a patch already. You have to keep in mind that we simply "send colors" to the iCUE software without really caring about what hardware a user has, so this sounds more like an issue in the iCUE software to me.

If Corsair is of no help or if you are really lost, please get back in touch with us and we'll try to bug the about it. An update on your issue would be appreciated either way. Sorry that I cannot help you more at this time.
I have the same issue. iCUE integration works fine with my K95 Platinum, but Harpoon doesn't light up at all, until I disable the iCUE effects in Wallpaper Engine.
Did you end up finding a way to fix it?

We have looked into this further and it turned out there are some Corsair devices that don't *fully* support all iCUE features - like the feature that allows other apps to control LEDs.

This is the list from Corsair with devices that fully support iCUE: https://i.imgur.com/wZ2Mo9k.png

Of course that's not ideal, either the missing devices should be fully iCUE enabled or they should at least not turn black. We've asked Corsair about this a while ago and now we're waiting.
Bummer. I wish there were a way to disable JUST the mouse. So that way I could at least use custom mouse lighting effects in iCUE (Rather than having no light at all).

In iCUE it just tells me that "Lightings are exclusively controlled by third-party application." There doesn't seem to be a way of disabling it without disabling the keyboard as well :(
After testing I can confirm that it works for the Scimitar, unfortunate.
any news about this case I have the same problem?

Hey, no, unfortunately not, though we have very recently brought this up with Corsair again and they are looking into it right now.

Hey, Corsair has just released a update for the iCUE SDK which we have implemented. The Harpoon mice supposedly work now. Could you test the Wallpaper Engine beta and see if the Harpoon mouse now works for you? You can enable the beta through Steam:

1. Turn off Wallpaper Engine completely
2. Right-click on Wallpaper Engine in Steam, select "Properties"
3. Navigate to the BETAS tab.
4. Select the "public beta" from the dropdown list
5. Steam should immediately start downloading an update, launch Wallpaper Engine through Steam to install it after the download has finished.

Let me know if everything is working on the beta!
Still doesn't work for me. Currently running Build 1.3.109

Can you try and reinstall Corsair's iCUE software suite completely and then restart your computer to see if it works now?
Thanks heaps Tim! That fixed it.
