ActiveMovie Window will popup when i use the video-type wallpapers
At first, when i use the video-type wallpapers, it will show me "black backgroud". And then, i installed LAV Filters. Now It will popup a window called "ActiveMovie Window when i use the video-type wallpapers. So how can i use the video-type wallpapers normally, like ".mp4" files.

If you see the ActiveMovie pop-up, it means the video codecs on your computer are broken, even after installing LAV Filters. Check out this thread from a few months ago for example:

Also check this and try to use the Codec Tweak Tool:

Uninstall all codec packs you can find on your computer, there is likely a broken codec pack installed somewhere.

I changed this program to "Power Saving", and it run normally last night. But today, i restarted my laptop, it pop-up this window again, and i checked that it's still in "Power Saving" mode. So, how can i do now?

I am nit sure what the problem is in your specific example, like I said, generally, your issue indicates that the issue is not in Wallpaper Engine but rather the codecs that are installed on your machine. Did you try the Codec Tweak Tool and to re-install all codec packs on your machine as I described above?
