• The second monitor wallpapers that have background sound, tend to leave a black screen but with the sound working.
• When I have the two active monitors (laptop and monitor), the laptop all the wallpapers.

Como bien dice el título tengo un problema el cuál al estar con un segundo monitor, me sale algunos fondos de pantalla totalmente negro. Cabe mencionar dos cosas:

•El segundo monitor los fondos de pantalla que tienen sonido de fondo, tiende a dejar pantalla negra pero con el sonido funcionando.
•Cuando tengo los dos monitores activos (laptop y monitor), la laptop funcionan todos los fondos de pantalla.

Open the Nvidia Control Panel and set Wallpaper Engine (wallpaper32.exe) to use the 'high performance' graphics processor. By default it uses the integrated GPU. Restart the laptop to make sure it is applied, then you can use videos on the external screen.



This problem comes from some laptops not controlling the internal and external output right. Your laptop does not allow the integrated GPU to use video acceleration on the external output, which is why it is just black.

The dedicated GPU will be able to do that then, but question is, if the dedicated GPU is also able to use video acceleration on the laptop screen. It's possible the laptop just doesn't offer video acceleration from one GPU on both monitors.
