Wallpaper fades out occasionally
Every minute or two my wallpapers will fade out and back in for a second. Like will actually go transparent to my actual background and then flick back to wallpaper.

Been happening ever since I bought wallpaper engine, so for a month or two. Doesn't effect any wallpaper with audio, just the visual will fade out. Running 64 bit on a 64 system. Happens with every wallpaper. Minor annoyance but I am hoping for a fix. Also I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Same problem.

It means that your actual Windows wallpaper is a slideshow and the slideshow keeps moving to the next image. Change your windows wallpaper to just one random image instead of a slideshow and the issue will be gone.

Wowwwww haha. Yep that was it, the default wallpaper on my pc was a slideshow. Thanks!
