Windows 10 - Login fade & flicker

When using WE with Windows 10 and having it set to start with Windows, once I login - I see the animated background appear right away, then the screen fades black and then it immediately flicks back to the background.

I know tt's not a big issue but it definitely doesn't look nice. Is there any way to solve this?

The beta has a new option to kill the Windows wallpaper fade effects that you can try. I have been testing it for many months now and it seems to be fine, but it could potentially cause some issues if you have other desktop modifying software installed, therefore it wasn't available yet.

So you've been aware of this issue for a long time, right?

I don't mind the Windows fade effect, I would like to keep it actually, if it worked properly.
Why does it do that though?

Microsoft made it work with the default login and desktop backgrounds, it just doesn't support live wallpapers. It fades between the static images.

Well either way, you're doing a great job with the software. I absolutely love it :)
Maybe one day this gets fixed too. Keep up the good work!
