Closing as in crashing? Or do you mean the wallpapers disappear? What are the settings you have set in the performance tab, specifically which options are set to "Stop (free memory)", this would cause Wallpaper Engine to remove all wallpapers while in-game.

If you are unsure, you can also use our scan tool and share the log file as described here:

After doing some testing it seems to only happen when I run Rainbow Six Siege. Maybe it's having an issue with Uplay? Which is odd because I swear it didn't happen before.

I guess you could say that it is crashing, however there is no error message or anything. The process just closes it's self without so much as a peep.

As for what settings I had on Stop (Free Memory). I only had it do that when my display would go to sleep. I changed it to pause to see if it would affect anything and the program still closes when Siege is run. Quite odd.

Sounds really odd, could you run our scan tool and share the log file as described above? And then one more time while running Rainbox Six (after Wallpaper Engine disappears).

Sure I saved the logs! I ran 3, one prior to launching siege, one after wallpaper engine closed as a result of running siege, and a 3rd after reopening wallpaper engine while Siege was running. How do I attach files here? The logs are a bit too long to post here I think. Or do you have an e-mail I can send them to?

You can either copy paste them individually to www.pastebin.com or email them to me via support@wallpaperengine.io and just mention that it's for this topic.

Hey, it looks like you actually have the same problem as this user:

Try the suggestion in that post, that will probably fix the issue for you.

Haha, yeah that did the trick.
I may just live with it and hope it's fixed in an update soon. I find low latency mode quite useful.
Thanks for the help though!

I am happy to report that the latest Siege update seems to have remedied the issue :P

Thanks for the update, definitely appreciated. Please let me know if the issue ever returns!

Hey!
Sorry about that! False Alarm! It only happened once. However I found a workaround. If I change the Global setting for 'Low Latency Mode' to Off it fixes the issue. However If I set it on individually to each application there seems to be no issue. I am guessing the problem lies in the UPlay launcher. I have it set on with rainbowsix.exe and it works fine.
