Slow down gif in the editor?

I have a gif in the editor but its hundreds of times faster than it needs to be and there is no visible slider for it. Any help?

It's not possible to adjust the timings of the GIF inside the editor. However, there are a ton of free tools available to do that, for example this web-based one:
