Windows not minimizing on "Win Key + D" shortcut
Instead of minimizing all windows, it hides all the OS interface, only when the Wallpaper Engine is open, turning it into a Wallpaper Visualizer and breaking my workflow.
Win+D is useful for minimizing and remaximizing windows fastly, instead of Win+M and Win+Shift+M, (the fingers make those crazy non ergonomic positions).
Older versions weren't like this.

You could have put Win+Shift+D to apply a fullscreen view of the wallpaper.

Hey, sorry but I am a bit confused here. Windows key + D works just on our systems and we are not aware of any issues with this feature nor does Wallpaper Engine actively interfer with that standard shortcut.

I am also not entirely sure if I am understand you correctly, I am especially confused by this sentence: "Instead of minimizing all windows, it hides all the OS interface,". Could you maybe post a screenshot of "what you would expect" and "what actually happens" or describe it again in other words just to make sure we're on the same page?

Additionally, please run our scan tool and share the log file as described here:

Win + D is removing from view my icons, folders, and other Interfaces from Windows, like this:

It is somehow previewing only my wallpaper, instead of only minimizing, it is not showing all the icons and files from desktop.
If it is some kind of new feature, it would be much better to stay in other key, since it's an old Windows shortcut.

Sounds really weird, you cannot even use the Windows key for hotkeys in Wallpaper Engine. However, you should still double-check the Wallpaper Engine settings. Go to the "General" tab and from there click on the blue "Edit" button next to the "Hotkeys" option. The closest thing in that list would be the hotkey setting for "Hide desktop icons", maybe make sure this one is not set.

Other than that, there really is no feature to hide the taskbar and desktop icons by using a hotkey and since I have never heard of this issue, I assume this might be some sort of interference of another program. Do you have this issue with all wallpapers? For example, does it also happen if you select the default "Neon Sunset" wallpaper?

Yes, it's doing the same on the others wallpapers, even on "Neon Sunset". Also, I tried now to change or erase any assigned hotkeys, but it still doens't work properly (still hiding both icons, files and taskbar).
I'm seeing that it is not related to the shortcut on its own, since this activates when Clicking the Show Desktop or its pressing the shortcut (Win + D) on the taskbar.

Maybe I'll try to reinstall the software.

Reinstallation worked successfully!

(It would've been a nice feature to put on, though lol)

Thanks for your time and help!
