How to share wallpapers without publishing it to steam

as the title says, I've been working on a wallpaper for a friend, but I don't want to publish it to the workshop as it's a custom made thing for them. How can I share it with all the effects and assets without having to publish it to the workshop.

Google drive, One Drive, dropbox, Megasync heck there's many out there you can use it. If you dont want to you use the Steam Workshop then those your options

You can find your project files here (by default, depends on where you have installed Steam / Wallpaper Engine):

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\wallpaper_engine\projects\myprojects\

Simply zip up your project from that directory and send your friend the files who can then place the project files in the same directory and use the wallpaper as if it was their own creation. Wallpaper Engine may need to be restarted until the project files are found.
