When i open windows explorer, the wallpaper stop
hello, lately when i open any folder with the windows explorer (This PC, the user folder, documents, downloads, anything with the windows explorer), the wallpaper stop, on the settings i have all the configs with keep running except "other application full screen", this option is with "stop (free memory)", and ever worked fine, but not now, so when i minimize windows explorer the wallpaper run again, but it cause performance issues every time it run again and the SO lost fluency and is so annoying, any solution? i have windows 10 pro 1903 build 18362.356

PD: if i put "other application fullscreen" option on "keep running", that not happen, but that´s not the idea have it on "keep running" when i play videogames, or change that option everytime i will play to "stop (free memory)" when it don´t happen before

"Other application fullscreen" should not apply to Windows Explorer when it's maximized, I just tested it myself and I am also using Windows 10 Pro 1903 Build 18362.356. Are you sure that "Other application maximized" is set to "Keep Running"? That is the setting that is relevant for Windows Explorer. Feel free to share a screenshot of your settings. Also double-check you have not "application rules" set up that may be causing this.

I guess you are using some other software to modify your Windows style that may for some reason put some full-screen overlay on that makes Wallpaper Engine falsely believe there is a full-screen application. I think may be able to fix this by setting up an "Application Rule" for that (something like "If blah.exe "Is Fullscreen" THEN "Keep Running").

If you are unsure, you may use our scan tool to share an overview of your system:

i done the "Application rule" with nexus dock but the issue continue

how i told you before, i use my pc with exactly the same programs than before i reinstalled windows on this new version, so i don´t think was any program doing the issue, the only personalization program i have is nexus dock and it don´t modify nothing on explorer.exe, i think is this new windows version, equally i done the scan of conflict application

there is the pastebin

Okay, now I get it now, I totally missed something important yesterday because I was so focused on "it was working before". However, that is really not possible that it worked before with your current settings.

Basically, when the window is the size of your monitor, Wallpaper Engine interprets this as the application being maximized. In the last video you posted, the wallpaper pauses when the Explorer window has your screen's fullscreen resolution (you always move the window out of the screen and then start maximizing it, so in effect it has reached its "max size"). This has always been the case and cannot be changed for technical reasons.

However, you can get around this by creating two application rules for "explorer.exe". Open up the "Application rules" overview. Click the "create new rule" button and manually type "explorer.exe" (it will not show up in the list but Wallpaper Engine still accepts it). Change the condition to "Is maximized" and "Wallpaper playback" to "Keep running". Then do this again except this time set the condition to "Is fullscreen" and "Keep running". Then confirm the application rules with "OK" and it should behave as you want.
