Doesn't Launch.
I've bought this Software yesterday, but it doesn't launch, i tried launching it through Folder, but it was giving me this error:

"The Application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b) Click OK To close the application."

After this i've used Depends22 to see what's going on, it showed me these ERRORS. [i.imgur.com]

What i've tried:

1. reinstalling Microsoft things like VC Redist, C++, and others.
2. CHDSK check.
3. I've checked out other discussions about same thing, but nothing. (I Haven't tried really everything tho)

I've no clue what to do, could you guys please help me! :(

Did you run this: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\wallpaper_engine\installer.exe ? You have to run that first to get the updated files.

The redists aren't necessary anymore.

Well, i did that just now and same error popped up after installation was finished.

Did you try the 64 and 32 bit version?

If installer.exe works, it must come from a system file that installer doesn't use but the main application does, like directx files. Reinstalling those doesn't work. It has to be deleted first or it won't update any broken files when running their installer.

Yes, i've tried both of them.

So you mean i have to delete some .DLL File from system32, and then reinstall directX?
Did i get that right? If yes, please tell me which one to delete and which one to install.
Also what do i do with these ERRORS Showed in Depends22? Are these 2 DLLs necessary? and should i somehow download them?

Yes. This is one DirectX file that Windows tends to break: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\d3dx9_43.dll (for 32 bit). It can be fixed by deleting it and reinstalling dx.

The installer actually tries to check this file, so it's probably not this one, but try to repair it anyway to make sure. I think the other errors that depends shows also occur for me so those are just issues with depends.exe.

Did you try launching wallpaper32.exe through depends.exe? I think there is an option for that and it might help find the file better than just loading it.

1. You said 32 bit if i have 64 bit OS Will that still work?

2. What do you mean through depends.exe? Doesn't it only show errors? which i already displayed? (https://i.imgur.com/MO1zdTx.jpg)

The minimum requirement is Dx10, which graphics card do you have? Dx9 files are also used which is why it needs to be installed. Dx10 comes with Windows 7+ already.

Did you try repairing the dx files?

I guess this won't hurt, yeah. The main program solely loads Windows DLL files though, so it seems most likely that the issue comes from a system file.

Damn it, i've no clue what to do. I'm trying to fix this error for 2 days, everyday trying and changing .DLL files, i don't even know anymore.
Repairing, how?

I just meant deleting them and reinstalling directx.

Depends.exe has this 'start profiling' option which starts the program and monitors the files, so that should find the broken system file more easily.
