Using Wallpaper Engine and Zsnes bugs out icons and right-clicking.
I was using the Snes Emulator 'Zsnes' (zmz version) and discovered that it interferes with Wallpaper Engine. This is noticable when you quit the emulator and go back to the desktop. Ok, whether you think these emulators are wrong or not isn't the issue. The fact is it caused the icons on my desktop to disappear and I couldnt even right-click for normal options. Right-clicking didn't work at all. Not until I enabled a standard Windows 7 built-in theme did this fix the issue. This proves your software is causing something not right. Maybe it's the emulator's fault, hard to say. Oh, your screenaver was still working through this issue. Just icons and right-clicking was effected.

I'm not sure why this is happening, but it looks to be a video driver or causing a conflict with how your software displays the animated screensavers.

Would be nice if this issue is solved or we can find out the cause...

Try setting the fullscreen playback option to 'stop'. Since you mention Windows 7, the program might be forcing Aero effects off while it's running, which will break the live wallpaper, so setting that to stop should ideally just reset it afterwards.
