Colour problems in all wallpapers (brightness or saturation extremely high)

i don't know why but all my wallpapers have gotten out of nowhere a lot more bright or more saturated and i don't know how to solve it.

Reset the video settings in your graphics (Intel/Nvidia/AMD) control panel, something messed with them.
