KERNELBASE.dll error

If I'm running wallpaer engine 32bit,it indicates that there is an error in KERNELBASE of System 32.And, running wall paper engine 64bit,,it indicates that there is an error in KERNELBASE of SysWOW64.Even though I changed the KERNELBASE.dll many times, the error occurred exactly.

No.I just tried to use a bunch of different backgrounds made by others, but all of them had an error.

I don't mean to hijack the thread but I have the same error and I AM useing a matrix wallpaper, is there anything I can try?

Many of the matrix wallpapers don't have this fix http://steamcommunity.com/app/431960/discussions/1/135509823662308048/#c135509823666158420 and will crash, the creators need to implement it (or Google needs to fix the crash).
