Ignore pause all.

i was wondering if it would be possible to add an option for specific monitors to ignore the 'pause all' setting for applications focused, maximized, and fullscreen. I have four monitors and one the backgrounds i use has a clock on it that isnt running if the background is paused, but i like to have all the others paused when i am playing more resource demanding games like Elden Ring. Not a high priority, but a huge QOL feature for me if its possible.
