Way to apply a preset to wallpapers permanently

I always assumed that if I saved and loaded a preset for a wallpaper, the app would remember even if it's added/removed from playlists, but it doesn't, so I keep finding myself with wallpapers without them applied.
I *just* learnt that you can apply a preset to an item in a playlist, but it's a bit of an annoying process when you have a lot of wallpapers in a playlist, as the only way to select a preset for a new wallpaper to use it to essentially remake the entire playlist again.

I suppose another thing would be a filter for wallpapers you have saved presets for, as only now am I learning that they aren't applied, but can't remember all of the ones that need them.
