Ignore SignalRGB Audio for Muting Wallpaperaudio (or/and a EXE Whitelist)

Wallpaper Engine bugs out when i set it to auto mute itself if another audio source is player while SignalRGB is open. Why ? Because SignalRGB has a AudioInput Feature for RGB Effects and Wallpaper Engine does Flag this incorrectly as a Audio Output. This Feature CANNOT be turned off in SIgnalRGB making WE constanly switch in miliseconds between wallpaper audio mute on and off. Whitelisting SignalRGB or/and adding a EXE WHitelist feature for WallpaperEgine would solve this.
