Transparent taskbar
How realistic is this and is it possible to add transparent settings to the taskbar like TranslucentTB in the next updates? Just it's good addon, but I want to use one application, not additional applications x)

I see what you are getting at but TranslucentTB does its job well so from our end re-implementing the exact same functionality into Wallpaper Engine would just take away time from developing actual new wallpaper-related features which is why it's unlikely we'll ever do this.

It's just that I have already met similar questions on the forum and I think if people really want this functionality, then this will definitely not worsen the program

It would definitely not worsen the program but that's not the point. The point is that we, as developers, have limited time and we get practically an infinite number of feature requests every single day and we also have our own ideas on how we can improve the app. Since a transparent taskbar can easily be achieved by TranslucentTB, we would spend a significant amount of time of "copying" the same functionality over with little to no gain for users since TranslucentTB is free, well-maintained and works well. That is also another point, every feature we add comes at the cost of long-term maintenance (so that we can keep it working even across Windows updates).

It's a complex decision making process and we simply have to prioritize some features over others since our time is limited. This also means we have to drop some ideas altogether. A transparent taskbar likely won't happen for this reason for the reasons mentioned above.

Okay, thanks for the answer, I understand. Sorry for wasting your time, but it was still worth trying your luck
