Filter out spoilers or create a list of keywords to avoid?

Not sure how much of a problem this is for the community at large but I was wondering if there was a way to add a keyword to avoid in our browsing, or a list of keywords to avoid?

For example, if a recent piece of media content came out and I haven't had the chance to watch it fully like a Dragonball Z movie or a cutscene from a highly popular game, is there a way to filter out the term "Dragonball" from my browsing?

Obviously I know this isn't a perfect solution, people can still upload spoiler content without the word in the title or even have the word in a different language, but it would still help mitigate some of the content (if not all).

Was wondering if there is a way to currently do this or if it is something that can be implemented in the future? Essentially it would be a sort of custom "Tag" that we could make (check or uncheck) that only applies to the titles of the uploaded content.

Unfortunately Steam does not support "complex" filtering like this and Wallpaper Engine fully relies on the Steam Workshop search.
