Wallpaper Audio Buttons

It would be cool to add Audio Buttons to Wallpapers as in this example:

"You are making an Anime War Wallpaper and wanted Sound to play when you click the triggers of guns and also explosions when you click on the grenades"

How would this be done? You add the Audio Tool from the Editor into the Effects list and then you add a Sound File into the Button's Trigger and then When You paint the Tool onto the Wallpaper it will create a Field where if You Click inside that Field it would Play the Sound Effects One has Added to the Project.

You could do so with a little scene scripting or by loading the wallpaper from a web(page).
