Color filter

Devs should add a filter for color (red, white, or rgb) so we can search wallpaper based on our pc/laptop theme.

but how will this work for all the wallpapers that have colour settings ( user can change the colour ), or custom background images? :P

rgb,unspecified, or multi-color (maybe idk)
