Manual download for wallpapers
I really like the idea of subscribing and downloading. I wish there was a way to manually download wallpapers that you are subscribed to. I have a different computer I wish to use wallpaper engine, but it doesn't have enough storage space as my main computer.

Wallpapers downloaded from the workshop are by default located at:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\431960

Though that could be different according to where you ahve Steam and Wallpaper Engine installed on your computer.

You could then copy over the wallpapers you want.

I know you can copy wallpapers to your other computer, but is there anyway to disable the auto download function to subscribed wallpapers on wallpaper engine?

Navigate into the "projects" folder (look at where Wallpaper Engine is installed) then copy them into either the "defaultprojects" or "myprojects" folder and I think that should work ok.
