Unfortunately they're in wmv format but you can use a video converter or windows movie maker to convert them to mp4 and there's some nice ones in there that are already set up to loop correctly.
(I have a suspicion people have already thought of this judging by some of the community wallpaper entries)
That's a link to dreamscene and its resources. This thread is more about opening interactive websites that use HTML5/WebGL/Threejs. something I don't think dreamscene caters for.
