[Feature request] Advanced pattern brush.

Making brushes for dithering is nice. But just painting with a "pattern brush" is very lacking feature.

I really want a pattern brush with bells and whistles.

1. Selecting an area (or opening file) and "spritesheet to brushes" it to get a pattern brush with stack of templates.
2. Cycling trough templates in several ways; random, weighted\normalized random, cycling, pressure sensitive (if you have like 5 leafs sorted by size in initial spreadsheet), selected brush №.
3. Pattern spacing.
4. Point of rotation, initial angle, limits of random rotation, step of random rotation, rotation per step.
5. Pressuse scaling of the brush, standard scaling with scroll, steps of scaling.
