Love to know if there’s any good plug-ins which help make creating art in Aseprite more convenient or easier especially if any effects/FX ones since Aseprite is severely lacking in that department

Hard to say but i would say like something that would make things easier to do like colour overlays or using effects you can’t do using the base version of Aseprite

I'd start at the discourse forum under the scripts category: https://community.aseprite.org/c/scripts/13 . The forum has a search input on the top right. Click on the magnifying glass icon. Plugins can be searched on github.com and itch.io as well, but usually plugin makers will post links to those two sites on the discourse forum anyway.
