how to change all the pixel that have color A to color B
i want to select an area then change all the yellow color in that given area to blue. does aseprite has that function ?

Magic wand with the contiguous mode off also selects all pixels of the color you click. You can also just use Replace Color (Shift+R)

I think what you need is Edit > Replace color (Shift + R).
