how to change all the pixel that have color A to color B
i want to select an area then change all the yellow color in that given area to blue. does aseprite has that function ?

You can use the File menu to Select > Color Range then use the fill/bucket tool to replace the color. Try toggling the Contiguous areas option for the bucket tool (along the top-bar) for one-click or more selective filling of selections.

Magic wand with the contiguous mode off also selects all pixels of the color you click. You can also just use Replace Color (Shift+R)

I think what you need is Edit > Replace color (Shift + R).
